Scope Of Work
We were responsible for structural concrete at new Sciences at Skyline College. This included a new 21,000 sqft housing two 56-seat classroom/laboratories, two 119-seat tiered lecture halls, academic offices, a catering kitchen, lobby gallery/event space, support spaces. RAB scope included excavation, formwork, rebar, pouring over 1000 CY footings, 1300 LF stem walls over 24,000 sqft slab-on-grade, plus 17,000 SF slab on metal deck at roof. concrete scope included 450+ LF seat planter walls plus 20,000 SF colored flatwork with various finishes (stamped, sandblasted, dry-shake hardened) plus steps ADA ramps.
