Scope Of Work

Phase 1: Demolition existing baseball field with backstop remaining. new field with synthetic turf, home plate pitching mound hill topper clay mix infield fine mix, new dugouts, masonry walls, new scoreboard, planting, concrete paving.

Phase 2: New synthetic turf softball field, bullpens, dugouts batting cages. New synthetic turf football & soccer field, including field events, perimeter paving, fencing, furnishing improvements utility upgrades, new road parking lot with pathway parking lights, new grandstand bleachers, and new landscape and irrigation systems.
