Scope Of Work

Excavation, forming  pouring footings, grade beams, structural concrete support walls, slab on grade, metal deck, suspended slab, pilasters, stairs, architectural walls  ramps for ADA access.  exterior walls  support beam required substantial drilled  grouted tie back support system.  strategic coordination   critical grading, tie back  grouting ,  reinforcement  concrete forming  placement was essential. Scope also included reinforcing steel, installation  embeds, baserock, vapor barrier  concrete curing systems. Critical path scheduling was essential due to multiple trades   being   a compressed timeline.
