Scope Of Work
argaret S. Hayward Playground is a beautiful Community Center that lies heart San Francisco, surrounded by historical landmarks. Bothman collaboratively teamed with San Francisco Recreation & Parks Department on this to revamp restore this athletic Community Center to its true potential. Scope included a new 2-story ground-up Community incorporating subterranean parking, storage space for Rec & Park , Public Restrooms a community room featuring a full kitchen, classroom offices. renovation across 5-acre included making park ADA Compliant, a new children’s playground, over 128,793 Sq.Ft. synthetic turf on multiple fields, bleachers, resurfacing tennis courts, new basketball courts, all associated decorative sitework landscaping. Bothman was also responsible for Demolition, Abatement, all new Underground Utilities, Storm-Drain, Sub-Drain, Fire , Landscaping and Architectural and Structural Concrete.
