Scope Of Work
Interior demolition of a three-story restaurant with basement, constructed into a veterinarian hospital facility while connected to functional businesses on either side. The building required new structural framing components to support a new single occupant elevator. Also included in the scope of work was new exam rooms, surgery spaces, a pharmacy, and reception/waiting space.
