RN-74 located in San Francisco, CA is a tenant improvement of a Type III restaurant project. The project is designed by Handel Architects LLP. This GMP/GMAX project totals 4,220 square feet throughout one structure with one level above grade.
Located in the ground-floor of the 301 Mission mid-rise building at the corner of Mission and Beale, this 4,220 square foot interior build-out includes a 1,800 square foot kitchen designed by Mark Stech-Novaka, with an array of unique high-end finishes.
Webcor self-performed rough/finish carpentry, cabinetry and millwork, doors, frames and finish hardware, and building specialties.
