Scope Of Work
The project generally includes; Demolition of existing site improvements. Clearing, excavating, grading and compacting of site, off site street modification, site improvements including paving, curbs, marking, landscaping, irrigation, drainage and utilities, exterior renovation of existing building to lend into addition, construction of a Type V, fully sprinkle red 2 story addition with approximately 28, 000 sf, interior construction, improvements.
