Scope Of Work
Construction of a (2) story type V-1 hour construction, full sprinkler system, 32,101 sf Child Development Center, for the Los Angeles Southwest College in Los Angeles. The project includes site Finish grading, utility work, site landscaping and playground area, Civil, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing and Security, Electrical/Photovoltaic work within the limits of work line. The building contains a small commercial quality kitchen at the ground floor, DX package air conditioning units, Photovoltaic systems, elevator, dual glazed at storefront.
