Scope Of Work
Adjacent to Route 422, this new Subaru dealership will be highly visible to passing traffic, so it’s important it is as equally stunning on the outside as it is on the inside. Interior finishes include glass sales office walls, a drive-through customer service area, an express service area, and enough space for extensive parts inventory. The exterior of the new dealership requires extensive site work. The two story building will need landscaping, LED lighting, storm water controls and porous, paved parking areas.
