Scope Of Work
Arcadia at Limerick Pointe will be a new 200,000 square foot senior living facility located in Exton, Pennsylvania. Building materials for this project include concrete, steel, metal framing, Hardie board siding, and stone veneer with a complex mechanical system. To account for this project’s aggressive timeline, PRC will use project phasing to ensure multiple specialty contractors are able to work at the same time without issue. We expect to see rapid-fire progress.
