Scope Of Work
Situated approximately 12-acres, this elementary school is a single-story 85,458-square-foot facility for Chandler Unified School District #80. It features a total of 48 instructional spaces. In addition to constructing the main building, Sundt's work also included new sidewalks and asphalt paved parking areas as well as complete landscaping and a playground. The school can accommodate up to 940 students.
