Scope Of Work
The Groves at Dublin Fairway Ranch are luxury apartment senior homes in the heart of the Dublin Ranch Master Planned Community. Built concurrently with Dublin Fairway Ranch Family Apartments, the three and four story luxury apartments encompass 10 buildings totaling 665,000 square feet. The apartments are wood framed and consists of one and two bedroom units. The lifestyle enhancing and support amenities include a Clubhouse that accommodates various community functions, a technology equipped Business Center, Courtyards, Fitness Center, Pool, Spa, Parking Structure and Laundry Facilities.
This master project site development was fully coordinated and executed by Sundt. Scope included concurrent construction of the two projects; family apartment buildings and senior apartment buildings. In addition to general construction, we contributed to the project’s overall development process through provision of on and off-site coordination, traffic control and facilitation of permitting, planning and agency approvals.
