Scope Of Work

The Brackenridge High School project consisted of the demolition of the existing auto shop building and construction of a new 70,000-square-foot, three-story CATE building, plus associated Renovation of existing classroom space. The project also included renovation of the art lab, teacher work center, special education classrooms and the health clinic. Additional work consisted of restoring/replacing the existing mechanical systems, electrical upgrades, installation of new power circuits for computer requirements, a new irrigation system, restroom renovations, repaving the parking , and addressing and resolving storm water issues.
