Scope Of Work
This project includes constructing an addition of nine (9) science classrooms, one (1) band room, one (1) choral room, & one (1) orchestra room, modifying existing band, orchestra, & choral rooms to be a new cafeteria, modifying existing kitchen to work with new cafeteria & serving line, modifying existing areas to be teacher planning rooms, as well as modifying existing undersized science classrooms to be standard classrooms. Site work includes additional parking spaces and correcting erosion problems on sloped hill behind school building by installing retaining walls. Project also includes replacement of existing HVAC system & installation of controls, replacing & converting generator, replacing switchgear, retrofit existing lighting fixtures with T-8 lamps & high efficiency ballasts, replacing fire alarm system, installing electric hand dryers in student restrooms, and replacing theatre lighting system.
