Franklin Tower is a luxury apartment building in Philadelphia featuring a chic
rooftop lounge, basketball court, and theater. This was a complex rehab construction
project in which Fastrack removed the entire existing concrete exterior façade in just
three months and replaced it with a new panelized window wall system.
