Scope Of Work

Shearers Foods, Inc. approached Domokur Architects with the desire to move into a new space for their corporate headquarters in order to consolidate 150 employees of their corporate management team at one location. After viewing multiple buildings, they settled on a location in downtown Massillon, Ohio. Domokur Architects is working with the company to adapt this facility to their needs by creating an open working environment with the use of glass walls for private offices/conference rooms and lower workstations to create an environment that promotes interaction and collaboration. The renovation project includes approximately 40,000 SF of office and meeting space as well as exterior upgrades that include a new entrance vestibule, awnings, expanded parking and site furniture and landscaping to the entrance plaza.
