Scope Of Work
Working to maximize work efficiencies in a central location, the Northern Ohio Medical Specialists (NOMS) is building a new shared-suite medical office building in Clyde, Ohio. The new construction will be comprised of seven group practices ranging in size from 1,500 to 5,000 SF, as well as a diagnostics suite. The suites are served through a shared lobby and reception area with centralized clinical nurse stations throughout to maximize adjacencies and reduce redundant staffing issues.
Domokur Architects is providing full architectural services for this building that is currently under construction. Throughout the programming phase, we worked closely with the user groups to understand workflow and programmatic needs. This detailed understanding of needs, paired with our extensive experience with Healthcare and design, provided a basis for developing a responsive and adaptable floorplan that will help deliver the level of high-quality patient care that this growing community has come to expect.
