Scope Of Work

This project included six major areas: Heat Treat Line, Bundling Line, Quality Assurance Line, Threading Line, Mill Side Straightener Line and General Areas.

Valley was responsible for installing:

· Building and equipment grounding system

· Medium voltage duct bank for the entire facility

· Extensive underground concrete-embedded conduit system (over 750,000’ of embedded conduit)

· Cable tray systems for power, control, instrumentation and fiber optics

· Electrical transformers and switchgear in several substations

· Panels, MCC, PLC and remote I/O cabinets

We assisted in the commissioning of:

· Furnaces

· Conveyor systems

· Compressors

· Pumps

· Hydraulic equipment

· Threading machines

· High speed straighteners

· Bundlers

· Substations

· Pipe mill embedded conduit
