This project consisted of the complete electrical installation of a melt shop, forge mill and substation buildings including:

· Power and lighting

· Camera systems

· Overhead cranes

· Cable tray system

· 15kV switchgear

· 480V switchgear

· Rotary furnace

· 650 MT forge press

· Box furnaces

· Clamshell furnaces

· Heat treating

· Bar straightener

· Bar peeler

· Saws

· MCC & PLCs

Project also included installation of low voltage applications including:

· Network wiring and infrastructure

· Security and telephone systems

· PLC network connectivity to all mill equipment
