Scope Of Work
As the area’s largest ski-in/ski-out hotel, this 460,000sf structure stands nine stories with a total of 350 ski-in/ski-out rooms: hotel rooms; studios; 1,2, and 3 bedroom suites and penthouses. The hotel’s lobby is a three-story atrium with a large rock fireplace. The hotel offers a fitness center and health spa, two main restaurants, more than 15,000sf of flexible meeting space, and a grand ballroom. The exterior of the hotel is clad in indigenous, red sandstone veneer. It includes a full service health club, outdoor pool with inside access, whirlpools, steam-room and sauna, massage/spa areas.
