Scope Of Work
The Nashville Warehouse Co. is a brownfield development of 5.2 acres in the bustling Wedgewood Houston neighborhood. The office buildings will be mass timber structures and will be among the first mass timber structures in the City of Nashville.
The development includes 190,000 sq. ft. of office space, an outdoor music venue and 540-car parking garage. Additionally, it incorporates several iconic elements, including a guitar-shaped scoreboard that was the original scoreboard used by the Nashville Sounds, the local minor league baseball team.
