Scope Of Work
This project was a 42,000 SF interior renovation. The project consisted of demolition and abatement of an existing office space that was newly designed for the Brown University professors that were to occupy the space. Brown University is leasing this space to run cognitive research. The Members of the Causality and Mind Lab study cognitive development in infants, preschoolers, and adults. Once demo and abatement were complete, the office areas required new finishes on floor walls and ceilings along with electrical, plumbing, fire protection and HVAC.
