Scope Of Work
Work is driven by seismic upgrades, which use both shotecrete and Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP). There will be new finishes, MEP upgrades and modifications in both unit and common area interiors. Exterior and site work is limited to areas directly affected by the seismic improvements.
