Scope Of Work
The project included new kitchens and bathrooms, new interior finishes, MEP upgrades throughout all units, dry rot repairs, deck and stair replacement, PG&E electrical service upgrades, new ADA units, new manager’s office, new windows, and new siding.
Exterior work included complete exterior paint, new parking lot AC and striping, and site accessibility upgrades.
The Carena Scattered Sites project consisted of 114 units on three separate properties: Camara Circle, Elaine Null and Riley Court. Each site had one- to three-bedroom units in multiple buildings.
