Scope Of Work
The interior scope of work included asbestos abatement, all new finishes and MEP fixtures throughout, upgrades to the unit exhaust systems, conversion of 14 units to current accessibility codes, new finishes throughout all common areas, and upgrades to the building’s heating and cooling systems.
The exterior and site improvements include modifying all balcony railings, complete paint and waterproofing systems at the building envelope, new entry systems, landscaping, and site accessibility upgrades.
