Scope Of Work
Rehabilitation of 14 units located in three different buildings, located in Bay Point. Work included interior finish improvements, new appliances, HVAC upgrades, new windows, roof replacement, water heater replacement, dry rot repairs, playground equipment and surface replacement, and full exterior paint.
The Carena Scattered Sites project consisted of 114 units on three separate properties: Camara Circle, Elaine Null and Riley Court. Each site had one- to three bedroom units in multiple buildings.
