Scope Of Work
Rehabilitation of a 10-story, Type 1 Construction building with 86 units. The interior scope of work included installing bathroom exhaust in all units, extending fire sprinkler into units, ERRCS, a new fire alarm system, a two-way communication system at elevator lobbies, window repair/replacement, and new IT closet.
Exterior work included waterproofing around windows and dry rot repair.
