Scope Of Work
Type of work: 1,000 sq ft addition to existing dealership and complete interior remodel of dealership
As a member of the Harford County business community for many years we have developed relationships with other businesses in the area including Hinder Ford who hired us for their dealership renovation and addition. As the General Contractor for the project we worked closely with the engineer, architect, Ford design team, sub contractors, and the dealership itself to complete the work while the dealership remained open. This challenge was no match for the Stillwater team as we crafted a phased schedule, provided temporary walls, temporary walk paths, and fencing around the work site to ensure the safety of the public while there. In the end we met the needs of Ford and the Hinders in a timely and safe fashion.
