Scope Of Work
Hickory Business Center is located just outside of the Bel Air area in Harford County, Maryland. It currently has 3 pad sites for pre-engineered, mixed use steel buildings.
Building A, an 80'x200' building, houses 2,000 square feet of office space and 14,000 square feet of warehouse space.
Building C, a 60'x 200' building, was constructed of the same pre-engineered structural steel as Building A, and is ready for mixed, office, and warehouse use.
The third pad site is for Building B which will be erected and occupied in the coming years in the same fashion as Buildings A and C.
As General Contractor, we were heavily involved in the design process, guiding the architects and engineers, to achieve exactly what the owner envisioned: an easily accessible location for businesses near the thriving town of Bel Air. We were involved in all aspects of the construction of these buildings from site work to finishes, material selection, construction management, and tenant space build-outs.
