Scope Of Work

Cangene bioPharma (CBI) is a Baltimore based pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging firm that has a strong focus on cleanliness, speed of construction, and security.

Our first project with CBI was an 8,000 square foot warehouse addition during the spring and summer of 2010.  This work included epoxy flooring, racking systems, new loading docks, infilling of existing loading docks, and the installation of a new, highly sophisticated cold storage system.  The building is comprised of structural masonry, structural steel, structural steel roof framing, and a complex concrete footing and pier system.  As General Contractor, we were responsible for all phases of construction including construction management, submittal procedures, subcontractor coordination, and scheduling.

Our vast experience and dedication in meeting CBI's high standards were just a few factors in getting this project completed ahead of schedule.  This opened the door to establishing a long lasting relationship with their company.  Since the warehouse addition, we have been involved in a wide array of other projects.  Beginning in early 2014, we will be undertaking the complete renovation of Building B and constructing a new packaging facility which will seamlessly connect Building B with Building C.  This will be a design build project and will be a contributing factor in making their manufacturing and packaging process more efficient.
