Scope Of Work
The historic back to back blizzards in the winter of 2010 took its toll on the front facade of two stores located in the Campus Hill Shopping Center. Stillwater was called by the property management company to rebuild the framing, repair the concealed gutter, and match the existing eifs to look as though the building was never damaged from the melting and falling snow and ice. Prior to construction, we were heavily involved with the property management company, store owners, and engineers in the redesign process of the structure to match the existing and maintain it's strength for the future while ensuring businesses remained open and their customers kept safe during construction.
