Scope Of Work

The project consists of a pre-engineered covered play area that includes a small structure housing an office, storage area and three toilet rooms. The building consists of a reinforced concrete structure, steel joists and metal deck, lightweight insulating concrete, modified bitumen roofing and full interior improvements including finishes, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. Civil improvements include limited storm drainage, sanitary sewer and water service improvements. The building is a rigid frame steel structure with a standing seam metal roof and all required flashing and trim.
