Scope Of Work
Clearing and grubbing ninety-eight acres and construct an Equestrian Center with two prefabricated 30,000 SF metal barns, horse practice and show rings, a 2,000 SF concession building, excavating two large lakes with aquatic planting, wood bridges throughout, horse/cart trails and parking facilities.
