Scope Of Work
New of five totaling 9,000 SF, a concession stand with full commercial kitchen and cafeteria, pump house, locker rooms, restroom facilities and administrative offices. Sitework which includes a plunge pool with two slides, competition pool and kiddy play pool with an interactive play structure, fishing pier, basketball courts, gazebos and a playground area all on a tiny three acre site that is adjacent to a new, existing parking lot and canal.
