Scope Of Work

This project consisted of installing a new air handling unit, heating plant, VAVs and exhaust fans for the Core Blood Lab. This involved rigging and tying in a temporary air handling unit to the system and then removing the existing unit. We also took out existing VAVs and installed new in the occupied lab. Once the new VAVs and heat plant were online and the existing unit was removed, we installed a site-built custom air handling unit. At that point, we did a system shut down and switched over the permanent air handling unit from the temporary unit. The temporary unit is now available to the hospital for future AHU replacements.
