Complete Renovation and Addition to build out the 7,000 sqft office building for Peak Resources Corporate Headquarters at 101 Baines Court, Cary, NC 27511. Interior completely renovated with new configuration, mechanical/electrical equipment, & finishes. Addition constructed for warehouse space and the entire elevation and façade were updated.
