Scope Of Work
Hotel amenities include indoor swimming pool on 3rd floor as well as future retail and restaurant space. Coming soon a trendy rooftop bar. Built on a zero clearance lot (hotel takes up 100% of the site).
Phase I - encompassed demolition of the existing structures and a pit for the new structure.
Phase II - the construction of the hotel & parking garage. Stone and columns salvaged from the demolished auto dealership were incorporated into the design of the new hotel.
