Scope Of Work
The project included demolition of existing vacant office space and new build-out at 4800 Montgomery Lane in Bethesda. Scope of work included installation of new demised white box space, conference center, and fitness center equipped with ADA compliant restroom and shower rooms, plus a new bike storage room in the parking garage.
