Scope Of Work
Parker Adventist Hospital, which sits on a 40-acre campus in Parker, Colorado, features a Level III trauma center, full-service surgical suites, full diagnostic, cardiac and imaging and services, among other features. The hospital, which was designed for future expansion, opened in February 2004 with 58 beds and quickly expanded to 100 beds by November 2005. In addition to being a nationally recognized leader in healthcare, Parker Adventist has received numerous health care architectural design awards.
The Alpine Medical Office Building was Lendlease's first building on the new hospital campus. The 86,000 square foot medical office building is attached directly to the hospital and takes advantage of a shared main entry. It is also connected by interior bridges on three levels. The medical office building includes an Ambulatory Surgery Center, a Women's Health Center and physician offices.
Lendlease was responsible for all phases of development design and construction oversight, financing, marketing and leasing.
