Scope Of Work

For this school that keeps values and culture at the heart of its mission, Creative remained true to the client’s standards in order to complete the project.

Throughout the project, Creative worked with many different vendors and very unique products, including custom outdoor furniture and products manufactured overseas. The classroom settings called for a wide variety of specialty furnishings – everything from desks, seating, and science lab and art room furniture to library shelving, soft seating, and Knoll systems furniture.

The unique challenge posed with this remodeling project was that not only did it involve an accelerated installation timeframe, it was imperative that everything be fully functional for the first day of school, despite construction delays. As the deadline drew near, Creative’s dedicated installation crew made special trips to pick up furniture from vendors and worked through the weekend to ensure all areas were operational in time for opening day.
