When Agrace Hospice Care broadened its scope from acute care to long-term care, Creative stepped in to address the changing needs of its patients and staff. In partnership with Potter Lawson Architects, Creative analyzed the challenges, conducted feedback sessions and brought in products for testing.

This customized approach resulted in “right product – right fit” for both the administrative spaces and patient care rooms. Working through Creative for furnishings makes the ongoing management and maintenance of the furniture assets easier for Agrace Hospice Care because Creative provides all service and warranty support needed.
