Daniel Thomai's Bio
Receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University in 1975, Dan went on to attend Fairleigh Dickenson University, Graduate School of Business from 1976-79.
While still an undergrad, Dan was employed by Tishman Construction Company and stayed with them through 1981, when he left for a position as Project Manager at Crow Construction Company. In 1982, he joined Oestreicher realty and started Oestreicher Construction Corp., eventually being elected President in 1987. Three years later, in 1990, Dan realized his dreams of a higher quality construction company and founded Signature Construction Group, Inc. Today Signature has grown into a company known for its dignity and quality, all the while delivering a better product to its customers.
Michael O'Neill's Bio
Joined Signature Construction Group in 1993 as a Project Manager subsequent to working as a senior estimator for Herbert Construction Company from 1990.
From 1987-1990 he was employed by Structure-Tone, Inc. in various capacities from plan clerk to estimator and has worked as a field surveyor and superintendent for J.J. Rhatigan Construction Co. in Ireland. Michael has received diplomas in construction management from The Galway/Mayo Institute of Technology, Galway, Ireland, and New York University. Michael currently directs field operations in New York. He is a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional and New York City Licensed Construction Superintendent.
Patrick Ferman's Bio
After graduating from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Patrick delved right into his passion of construction and engineering.
He spent over 7 years in the heavy civil construction industry as a Project Manager for various types of jobs including municipal water storage facilities, administrative building for MA government agencies and light rail construction projects for the MBTA. Patrick brought his skills and experience to Signature in 2006 and quickly propelled himself to the Vice President position, now managing all Central CT and MA operations. Patrick is a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional and Massachusetts Licensed Construction Supervisor.

Desmond Cremona's Bio
Shortly after graduating from Sir Refalo Technical School in Gozo, Malta, Desmond moved to NYC to join Castle Construction Group.
Starting in 1996 as a carpenter, he quickly proved both skillful and knowledgeable, moving up the ranks within his company. When Desmond was promoted to foreman status, he flourished promptly promoted to General Superintendent. He was tasked with projects ranging in size, from as small as 8,000 square feet to 120,000 square feet. Desmond has recently been involved with projects for Web-MD, Apple Metro, Chase Bank, Staples and Equinox. In 2010 Desmond formed DC Industries, a drywall and millwork subcontractor company in NYC. Acting as CEO and Project Manager, Desmond oversaw all aspects from payroll to day-to-day site operations. In 2012, Desmond joined Signature Construction Group as a superintendent and completed a 45,000 square foot office fit out for Prestige Brand within a 12 week schedule. In 2014 Desmond was promoted to Vice President of Field Operations.
Frank Schuster's Bio
Frank joined Signature Construction Group in 2006 after graduating from Florida State University. He is a LEED certified associate and an OSHA Certified Safety Instructor.
In his years with Signature, Frank has completed several high-profile projects such as: Adobe NYC (28,000 SF), New York Police Department and DCAS (70,000 SF), NY State Comptroller’s Office (22,000 SF), The Bronx Lighthouse Academy (45,000 SF), South Bronx Charter School for International Cultures and the Arts (42,000 SF) and Grand Windham (11,000 SF).
His roles include planning, developing and managing client projects; determining a project’s schedule, scope, and budget; overseeing budgets, organizing and managing in-house staff and sub-contractors; and acting as the point person and liaison between on-site staff and clients/owner’s reps.
Frank developed the company’s safety program and continues to train employees in OSHA guidelines.
Greg Sherwood's Bio
Greg has 27 years of commercial construction management experience.
He attended Southern Connecticut State University. Prior to Signature Construction Greg was Vice President of W & M Construction responsible for managing field operations while also managing “out of the ground projects” as well as capital improvement projects and tenant fit outs in excess of $ 25,000,000 annually. Greg has also held management positions with Skanska and the Fusco Corporation. Recently completed projects including Tronox, People’s Court, Design Within Reach, Trafigura and Dickstein Shapiro.
Steve Cahill's Bio
Steve graduated from St. Joseph’s University in 1997 and worked in corporate sales until returning to his passion of construction in 2004, when he began building custom homes and managing commercial properties in North Carolina. Steve joined Signature Construction Group in 2012. He started as a Project Manager and in 2013 took on a double role as Project Manager and Estimator. Specific jobs: Prestige Brands and Greenwich Office Park with Granoff Architects; Capital Improvements at 800 Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk with MKDA; Wilton Re at 20 Glover Avenue in Norwalk and Renaissance Re at 2 Stamford Plaza with CPG Architects; BCP Securities with AAG; and the Biltmore Fitness Center at Canterbury Green with Bavier Design.

Jo-Ann Filice's Bio
Starting as an auditor in 1998, Jo-Ann excelled in her area of expertise and found promotions coming with ease.
She is now responsible for all Administrative issues for Signature’s four offices, as well as managing the financial department and financial assets. Before joining Signature, Jo-Ann was an Assistant Vice President of Accounts Payable/Receivable and Foreign Exchange for the International Banking Business.

Natasha Lantier's Bio
Natasha is a part of the leadership team at Signature Construction Group, Inc.
She was formerly a project manager and supervised high-end interior office renovations for the corporate offices of Drum Capital, H2 Capital Partners, XL, Albourne America, and Cushman & Wakefield. Her key role included managing the construction for RFR Realty’s Stamford portfolio of seven Class A office buildings. She also represented clients, The New York Foundling Hospital and Paulaner, in real estate transactions.
Natasha graduated magna cum laude from Johnson & Wales University with a B.S. in International Business. She has continued to study construction management and mechanical engineering at New York University. She is OSHA certified and holds a real estate license in both New York and Connecticut.
Natasha has served on the Board of Directors for the Stamford YMCA, The Board of Directors for The Stamford Boys and Girls Club and was the fundraising chairperson for The Basilica of St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral in New York City. She continues to support many organizations in her community such as The YWCA of Darien/Norwalk, The Children’s School, OPUS for Person-to-Person and The Human Services Council. Natasha resides in Darien with her husband and children.
