Scope Of Work
Boy’s Prep Bronx is an 85,000 square foot stand-alone building in the Grand Concourse section of the Bronx. An existing 50,000 square foot building was partially demolished to accommodate a 3 story tower as a completely independent steel structure topping out at above 75 feet. The standout building includes features such as state of the art science facilities, gym, theater and numerous areas of assembly. The building was opened for the new school year in 2019 and is now the home of over 500 eager students with parents noting the location as the top choice for their children.
