Scope Of Work
Iredell Mooresville campus is a 68,000-SF facility located on Iredell Health System‘s new medical campus located in Mooresville, North Carolina. The Keith Corporation assists Iredell Heath with the development of this campus. This unique healthcare offering is the first of its kind in the area.
The first building phase includes a 2-story, 68,000-SF medical building housing a surgery suite with two operating room and two future operating room spaces, as well as pre and post operative recovery areas. The facility also has an imaging suite, lab, urgent care, physical therapy, clinic suite and space for future infusion therapy and additional clinical spaces.
The waiting area is highlighted with a 2-story atrium bringing an abundance of natural light. The exterior of the facility is a blend of curtainwall, ribbon windows, brick, synthetic stucco and metal panel systems. The facility is surrounded by concrete and paver hardscapes and lush landscaping.
