Scope Of Work
New 3,800 square foot single-story office building with a mechanical mezzanine, designed for two financial planners. Reception and waiting area unify two separate groups of conference rooms and offices with loop corridor that connects staff members together for shares services. Project included full site development with new parking and landscape and detention areas. We consulted with a civil and structural engineer as part of our services.
