Scope Of Work
Near 100% year round occupancy added to the challenge of orchestrating a comprehensive 150 room remodel. TEAMWRKX developed and executed 17 consecutive 6-room phases, overcoming furnishing procurement delays and surprise bookings that further complicated room deliveries. With every phase completed on or ahead of schedule and under budget, TEAMWRKX then worked with our team to weave in ADA, Restroom, and corridor projects while concurrently tackling major renovations of other sensitive high priority guest areas including the Entry Lobby, Main Bar, Poolside Firepits and more.
In all, TEAMWRKX partnered with Stanford Park Hotel to perform over $2,000,000 of fast-track work during the Holiday Season, without a single guest complaint, all to rave reviews. Our hotel is once again state of the art, embracing the latest in code and energy compliance, providing for our disabled residents, all while retaining our traditional architectural ambiance and service excellence. This Winter will begin a dramatic unveiling of our luxurious Presidential and Woodside Suites and a special 2015 our returning patrons will surely notice favorably.
