Scope Of Work
Design-Build high tech facility for owner-occupier manufacturing flexible circuit boards. Noteworthy features include repurposed structure, Hazardous Class 4 construction, clean rooms, specialty labs, IT and HQ offices.
H4 Plating and chemical storage facilities feature raised Fibergrate flooring systems, secondary containment regions and trenches with chemical resistant coatings supported by infrastructure upgrades including scrubbed exhaust, trapezed double-contained process piping of acids and hazmat, CDA, DI water, waste recovery and storage tanks, emergency/back-up generator, chemically resistant exterior equipment pads and pits, anchoring and connection of relocated and new equipment and tools.
Multiple phases of tool and personnel migrations were conducted throughout the duration of the project, completed ahead of schedule and on budget.
