Our Story

Sitework Estimating Services provides estimating, quantity takeoff, value engineering and consulting services to the civil / sitework industry.

We serve all 50 states with a creative approach tailored to our clients’ needs.

Our client base consists of Design Engineers, Land Developers, Site Contractors, and General Construction Estimators.

We start with scope writing and finish with the final bid. We are happy to start and stop at any point in between, to meet your requirements.

We specialize in Civil Work. That is all we do. Would you see a family physician when you need a heart surgeon?

Rifka Malik

Our President

Rifka Malik, CPESC is the owner and president of Sitework Estimating Services, Inc.

Rifka has spent the last 20 years in the construction industry, specializing in sitework.

She is a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) and a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) as well as an accomplished author and presenter on topics relating to estimating and erosion control. We are always up to date with new studies and technology as they become available while this explosive industry develops. Rifka is a board member of CERT – Consulting Estimators Round Table.
