Scope Of Work
Turnbull negotiated the re-development of the Beechmont Mall site to the new Anderson Towne Center Life-Style Center. This project included extensive site development and infrastructure improvements of approximately 30 acres, demolition of 280,000 SF and the creation of over 72,000 SF off of the new Main Street promenade. The ornate clock tower assists in setting the ambience of the new center. In addition, Turnbull’s scope of work also included the renovation of exterior facades “existing to remain” structures, new shell buildings, white box improvements and several individual tenant improvements. Turnbull worked closely with the developer to reduce the cost of the overall project while keeping within an aggressive budget and schedule.
