Zion Senior Cottages is a 27-building, 110 unit apartment complex, located on a bluff overlooking Illinois Beach State Park and Lake Michigan. This development, specifically designed for senior citizens, features single story functional floor plans combined living/dining rooms with step saving kitchens.
